Pure combo crits! Red numbers for days! 6 digits on regular mobs up to lvl 250 (haven't tested any higher), 5 digits on armored units and bosses, including archons! Heal up to ~1k per hit. I use this exclusively with [Inaros] for anything and everything (link below) and it's hilariously good. And satisfying. Red archon shards for melee damage are highly recommended.
