Ok so its simple enough. it has no slash so you use heat instead and [Steady Hands] just because its easier to aim with it. With this build it has high damage and crit so merciless is unnecessary which means you can use dexterity for melee benefits, not to mention you can use this as a primer if you think its necessary.
