APPLY CONDITIONALS
A low forma, low level build for just having a good time. Not meant for high level builds so I did not include {Rolling Guard} in this build, however, it can be substituted for multiple mods. This build really just focuses on casting abilities more frequently and making them last longer.
{Corrosive Projection} | Since corrosive projection provide -18% armor reduction, this would enable us to attribute less towards Strength with a minimum of 165% needed for [Tharros Strike] to achieve 82% defense reduction on enemies for a total of 100% armor reduction.
{Power Drift}, {Augur Secrets}, {Intensify} | These mods will all contribute to making Strength [Reach] above the 164% so that [Tharros Strike] can have the full armor strip it deserves. These mods also allow for some decent damage for [Axios Javelin] and [Final Stand], but this build is really going for quantity over quality. Strength also attribute to how much shield/kill and energy [Regen] you can get back from [Rally Point].
{Augur Message}, {Primed Continuity} | The central focus of this build is duration and efficiency with decent damage and range, hence why {Transient Fortitude} was also not used in this build. These mods help to really boost duration although if you don't have the "Primed" [Continuity], the regular {Continuity} will work as well. Having 179% Duration helps [Rally Point] last way longer as well as make [Final Stand] produce more javelins to be thrown which can kill more enemies. This can help give ample time for your energy to have regened enough to cast [Final Stand] again.
{Augur Reach}, {Stretch} | These boost the Range of all the abilities, mainly for the increased range on [Rally Point] and [Final Stand]. Increased range also helps with the blast radius of [Axios Javelin] as well which may help with crowd control, but you SHOULD be spamming 4 anyway o_o.
{Redirection} | MORE SHIELDS MEANS MORE CRITS, CRIT META GAME SHALL BE GOING CRAZY, WHO CARES ABOUT AOE NERFS AND AMMO NERFS WHEN YOU GOT CRAZY RED CRITS BRO FR FR. WITH RALLY POINT INCREASING YOUR SHIELD CAPACITY PER KILL AND YOU SPAMMING 4 LIKE A TRUE PRO SHIELDS CAN GO UP TO 3000+ MEANING +75% CRIT CHANCE. JUST RUN A DECENT CRIT WEAPON AND YOU'LL FORGET ANYTHING WAS EVEN NERFED. [Harrow] WHO????????

{Streamline} | Just the basic efficiency cost cuts so you can you can cast your abilities more frequently. Mainly for the use of [Final Stand] so that you can truly spam it like a real [Mesa], or sorry, I meant [Styanax].

Have fun with the build, and just the warframe in general. He is probably gonna get some type of nerf in the next update, given that he is already Steel Path certified, so enjoy him while he is crazy with it. Remember to always have 249% Strength on [Revenant].
