This is a standard self-priming Guandao prime. Even though it has rather low base status chance, with weeping wounds and the 60/60 mods, it reaches 132% status, so you'll still get plenty of procs. I know that a lot of people use 90% or primed elemental mods, but I find those less effective since they only increase the initial hit of the weapon and not the damage of the slash procs, and they also heavily dilute slash weighting, so you'll get far less procs, and therefore far less dmg. The 60/60s are rank 1 for the same reason. If you're going to levels higher than base SP, you'll want to bump them down to R0 for even more slash procs. [Boreal's Contempt] is here because it is essentially a stronger smite mod, for even more slash dmg. The P. Smite is the option slot. You dont need it as much, because of BC, which is stronger. You can swap it out for whatever you like. I would recommend more crit dmg or range.
