Obviously that's improvable. Namely by using a umbra forma and slotting umbra health instead of vita
also, the arcanes are somewhat irrelevant. Avenger definitely is, but guardian almost doubles Lavos EHP
this amount of str allow him to one-cast-kill sortie T1 to 3 Corpus (using toxin), as well as sortie T1 Grineers (using either heat or corro)
Lavos is a very very nice frame to have when the enhanced shield sortie hits, and/or when there's damage type specific nightwave acts

[Intensify] does a great job as you'll use the 1 frequently to reduce cooldowns, which will heal you whenever you're hurt. [Vitality] is invaluable as it simply double the heat dot output of his 4 (tho infusing heat on top of heat will only produce 3 heat stacks instead of the expected 4). [Continuity] is very good to slot as it create one more status on tox cast, which is innate to the 1, which you'll use a lot

One tip I have is to chain cast 1 and 3. Both cooldown reduction apply to the other ability, so a combo of 1>3>1>1 is very much doable in normal gameplay, provided the mobs are plentiful and resilient enough.
With this build, [Swift Bite] reduce by 4.2s, and the probe by 1.57s. Cooldown of the 1 is 8s. So if, say, there's 10 mobs in front of you, you can cast 1 > 3 > 1 > 1. That would leave you with a single cooldown of 8s for the 1, about 2s on the 3, and it'd reduce other cooldowns by about 27s total. So you'd barely have enough time to look at the map, cast a 4, then do it all over again.

People use eff as a dump stat. I would never recommend that.
