version 4, emergence dissipate made this build work. now that its nerfed, this no longer works, go back to v3.
with dissipate you can generate 500 energy in a second. (10 energy per enemy, 10 enemy, dissipate 5 times in a second)
you can take off [Rage]. you dont need max effi. you can take off energize. you dont need zenurik.
you can take off [Primed Sure Footed] (if you want. radar is nice).
needed operator items: dissipate (energy [Regen]), lockdown (crowd control), unairu (armor strip and poise)
since you dont need max effi, i slotted in flow for storing energy. i no longer a have -duration from fleeting.
more duration = longer javelin buff and blind duration.
no need for energize = free arcane slot. i used both primary and blade charger to supercharge my primer (i use [Bubonico], you can use whatever) and [Exalted Blade].
no [Guardian] is okay. you get oneshot anyways. crowd control is better. dont get hit.
health is for toxin procs (cant shield gate that). switch [Adaptation] with [Rolling Guard].
no longer needing [Rage] means i can slot in 2 augments, [Furious Javelin] and [Chromatic Blade].
strats= proc status (mandatory. prime enemies for big damage and activate gp), cast gloom (crowd control & lifesteal), cast [Exalted Blade] (dps tool), cast radial javelin (melee damage buff and minor stun, stun duration increased by gloom), cast radial blind (melee stealth damage buff and stun, stun affected by gloom), occasionally switch between dps tool and priming tool for max damage, remove armor with unairu [Wisp] (also refreshes poise).
however, emergence dissipate got nerfed. since you cant get 500 energy whenever you want anymore, this build energy economy is too expensive. you need to switch back to v3.
if emergence dissipate gets un-nerfed, go to gloomblade v5. otherwise, go to roaming stunner.
