None whatsoever since you're supposed to kill stuff long before they get near you.

DUR | Damage from [Maim] will continue to tick, so you don't need it.
EFF | At 190% to compensate the complete loss of duration so that you can maintain the channel.
RAN | Near cap because you'd want to cut as many enemies as possible. [Overextended] can be swapped with [Cunning Drift] if you don't mind chasing stuff.
STR | High so that you can get more damage for [Maim].
ARCANES
Energize mandatory for casters. [Guardian] just in case you decide to get shot.
##FOCUS SCHOOL
Zenurik is a good choice here with high efficiency.
COMPLEMENTARY LOADOUT
Doesn't need one.
USAGE SCENARIOS
Usually for quick running through low-level exterminates. Can scale a bit if you have a proper team to buff your damage.
