The intent of this build is to stack Damage Reduction for the lulz, and to generally not care about anything. Optionally run with one fast-firing, high damage weapon to become incapable of caring about Nullifiers and Combas.

Null Stars can be subsumed over Nezha's 1 if desired, but I chose to subsume over 4 because this is a negative range build.
