Double your hit damage for 1 Forma with Primed Cryo Rounds (◹ polarity) instead of Rime Rounds.
If you want to put in more than 0/1 Forma, you'll want to use a completely different build. Most others will recommend skipping Heat for Toxin on the base weapon, which you can do here, too, if you think you will use more Forma later.
