Steady Hands is there so that the bullets won't go flying off in random directions as much.

Secndary Merciless, preferably at max rank, is there for that extra damage, reload speed, and ammo.

You would want to use Primed Pistol Gambit and Primed Target Cracker, you can use the normal version if you don't have the prime versions, for that extra Critical Chance and Damage.

Galvanized Diffusion for that extra stacked Multishot. Hornet Strike for extra base damage.

Heated Charge, preferably you would want to use the primed version of this mod if you have that, but the normal version works just as well, Deep Freeze, and Pathogen Rounds for Heat and Viral damage.
