A throwing build for the [Ferrox]

The [Ferrox] when thrown will create roughly a 10m ring that slowly pulls enemies in. The DoT tick rate is affected by fire rate mods.

One misconception that people have is that Status chance will affect the DoT's status chance. That is wrong, you can even test this on your own. Status chance mods will only affect the initial throw. The DoT's status chance is supposedly either 33% or 50%.

The main draw to just throwing it is to pull enemies in so you can take care of them using either your secondary or maybe even a [Condition Overload] melee weapon (hence why [Heavy Caliber] is on. The initial throw is affected by accuracy, but not the tethers once when the weapon is on the ground).

Now, i threw on Corrosive and [Primed Bane Of Corrupted] as place holders, but you should always switch out your damage types and Bane mods to suit the enemies you're fighting. The tether deals Electricity damage, so that'll buff dual types you add on (like corrosive) or combine with single types (like heat), so watch out for that.
