No Riven / Hellminth:

Gladiator Rush Is a great option for Scarlet Spear since you want to maintain that good x12 multiplier at all time.

If you don't want to run the Hellminth (which i do strongly recommend you try) you can swap it with something like Gladiator Vice (event more crit damage) or even Blood Rush, based on your preference.

Anyway, this is a must: go with the Hellminth Strain build for a crazy 120 % more crit damage at all time!

Limbo:

This hits for crazy numbers in SS event without any combo multiplier going on! It can hit numbers like 200k up to 3 ticks per throws on the Condrix. It does one-shot most sentient under lvl 120.

The Exodia Contagion goes THROUGH Limbo's Rift and will hit no matter what.

Inaros:

This is also PERFECT for long endurance runs with my boy Inaros. Since he has a HP pool over 9k, the mod Strain Consume can restor insane amount of health.

We got [Strain Infection] on the Zaw, [Strain Consume] on Inaros build and [Strain Eruption] and [Strain Fever] on the Hellminth.

48% of 9k is over 4300HP. INSANE.
