Phenmor - Viral Heat
Why Use This Build?
- This build is great for killing Eximus and breaking Nullifier bubbles.
How to Use This Build
- Get headshots and secondary fire to switch to Incarnon mode. The transformation takes 2 seconds (affected by Reload Speed) and one-handed actions can be done without canceling the transformation. Rolling will cancel the transformation.
- The evolution choices are 3, 1, 3, and 1 in that order. This gives +80% Recoil, +50% Magazine Capacity, +20% Status Chance, -10% Critical Chance, and +50% chance to deal +2000% multiplicative damage on non-critical hits.
Mods
- Stabilizer - This completely removes recoil Evolution II. Terminal Velocity can be used instead.
- Galvanized Chamber - Multishot
- Galvanized Aptitude - Status Chance
- Primed Shred - Fire Rate and Punch Through
- Malignant Force - Toxin
- Rime Rounds - Cold
- Wildfire - Heat weighting. Bane can be used here but I prefer not to have to switch mods out.
- Thermine Rounds - Heat and Status Chance
- Hellfire - Heat
Arcanes
- Primary Dexterity for long buff duration and activation with melee. Primary Merciless can be used to great effect too. It is important to keep this active because it is multiplicative with the +2000% damage from the Evolution.
Rivens
- Ideal Positive Modifiers: Status Chance, Heat, Multishot
- Decent Positive Modifiers: Cold, Toxin, Damage to Faction, Fire Rate, Damage, Projectile Speed
- Bad Positive Modifiers: Electric, Critical Chance
- Ideal Negative Modifiers: Critical Chance
- Decent Negative Modifiers: Critical Damage, Reload Speed, Recoil
- Mods to Replace: Wildfire, Malignant Force, Rime Rounds, Thermite Rounds
Appendix
- Heat tick values from 5k to 60k and upfront damage that makes the heat ticks look like nothing.
- I have another Phenmor build utilizing Slash for Disruption targets which uses 1 less Forma.
