Zenurick is a must for your energy if you are solo, otherwise just put your spores on someone then miasma every 10 seconds for the first part of every round. Ease off the miasma once things start dying too fast and just use it to maintain your spores spreading. You don't really need a weapon with this build but if you want it to be even easier an [Ignis] spreads spores very effectively, and a [Furis] like this one can give you ranged life steal that isn't reliant on your energy pool if you're struggling or don't have enough levels in Zenurick yet.
