radiation/Necramechs/Isolation Vaults

I was unsatisfied with the existing radiation builds.

[Split Chamber] instead of [Galvanized Chamber] because you're not necessarily going to be getting kills while spraying a necramech. Swap for Galvanized if that's not what you're using it for.
