Kinda obvious but it's a Heavy Attack build.
If you don't want [Shattering Impact], you can swap it out with [Shocking Touch] for Corrosive damage.
+CC +CD rivens for Stropha are easy to acquire, don't bother subbing out the Riven for anything else.
GRoll Riven would be +CC +CD -Neg
