Lots of shields to use railjack abilities. Able to recharge everyone's energy so they can use abilities.
In missions, it strips armor and all that supporty stuff.

Could trade out [Primed Vigor] for [Adaptation] to be a bit more on the tanky side at the expense of max shields for high railjack ability cost with repeated use.... and I think 1 less forma?
