Single-target Slash spreader.

[Primed Shred] offsets the lack of AoE in against clustered and lined up targets via Punch Through. Anemic Agility will get you more DPS, but cannot strike multiple targets or pass through doors/objects and must reload frequently.

Replace Riven with [Galvanized Scope] if your Skill™ allows you to keep headshots rolling. However, the overall anemic performance of this weapon's base damage will make getting that first kill difficult at Steel Path levels without helping it along somehow (melee, armor stripping, etc.). Once you have the first kill though, the additional crit and multishot from [Galvanized Chamber] exponentially affect damage (until capped), making it hum. You can push this a step further by additionally replacing [Hunter Munitions] with [Bladed Rounds] at the obvious cost of the Slash statuses and the need to keep headshots rolling at a faster cadence. (Not a recommendation.)

If you do not want to contend with keeping up headshot timers, simply slot [Critical Delay] in place of the Riven, but expect a significant DPS loss from a weapon that is already something of a nadir.

Secondary fire on this weapon isn't even worth discussing. It's an astonishingly unimpressive (and costly) [Opticor] clone.

My overall unhappiness with this weapon lead to the creation of my Drakkhen primary Kitgun instead.
