Use 1, 2, & 3 to erode Restraint (which fuels 4)

Low duration helps 2 by allowing enemies to wake faster (i.e. recast to reduce Restraint quicker)

3 provides you and near-by allies damage reduction (as well as "some CC") so always keep it up.

Only use 1 in short bursts or you will run out of energy quickly.
