This is sort of a beginner build if you can get a hold of enough forma, this Hek can one-shot LVL 45 enemies and take you all around the star chart. To lvl it up quickly to get another forma on it, just run some LVL 20-30 [Sanctuary] onslaught with a squad and you'll lvl it up in no time. I went for radiation because even if you don't kill the enemy in one shot they'll be too confused to shoot back at you. To get [Blaze], all you need to do is finish all the missions on either earth, mars, or venus and run nightmare modes until you get it as a reward at the end of a mission. If its too hard, ask someone to help you. You can also substitute Amalgam shotgun Spazz for just normal Shotgun Spazz, I just like to be able to revive people quicker. You get [Scattered Justice] by attaining the rank of Protector with Steel Meridian and spending 25,000 standing to purchase. To get started with the standing just go to your orbiter and to the left of the navigation there is a syndicate option, use it and talk to the steel meridian representative, they'll give you a sigil, then just equip the sigil on your warframe in the Appearance tab and then gain standing from normal missions.
