This is just a start...

Due to the moderate range and fast projectile speed that [Deconstructor] already has and that Critical bonus has no effect on this weapon makes this attractive to build as a status application tool.

Generally speaking, to be able to swap out %Elemental/%Status mods alone to convert this build to any elemental type makes this build generally viable.

[Pressure Point] and [Primed Fury] are both candidates for replacement with a Riven that incorporates all or some of what you'd get from them.

This build still needs more testing, but I think this is a good jumping off point as a status application tool.

The viability of [Spring-Loaded Blade] and [Whirlwind] are up for debate due to not having copies yet, but according to research, should work and increase the range and attack utility.
