My [Kuva Kohm] by far stomps my lvl 40 brahma and lvl 40 [Zarr]. Heavy boss fights, SP, Lich battles, and index stand no chance against it.

I prefer to use [Gauss] with this weapon because Redline massively increases fire rate and reload speed but I do wear arcane acceleration or arcane tempo. Both give you a 90% attack speed for getting a critical hit or headshot. Do wear 1 though because you need arcane [Rage] for your second.

Next is arcane [Rage] that gives you 180% damage increase for getting a head shot.

My most important advice is to wear the best mod for this weapon that no one really talks about and that is [Galvanized Acceleration] and this mod is very important because shotguns you need to attack your opponent's from close up to get the full damage but with this mod you can shoot them from medium-range to medium long range and still get full damage like you were shooting them four feet away in the face.

When I tested this exilus mod it was almost like my weapon increased in damage by two or three times because when I play with the [Kohm] damage would kind of fluctuate and I never understood why until I use this mod so don't be stupid and wear ammo increase mod if you don't wear this mod there's something wrong with you or if you absolutely need the ammo then wear both of them. Primary merciless takes care of that though. I better see half the nation using this by the end of the year.
