The build I have with the largest range for teleporting around open world maps. Also contains the same mobility as my solo play build since open world maps would be the most effective place for high mobility. Decent strength but not much since on average you aren't going to be fighting a lot of high level enemies out in an open world setting.

Pair with any sniper rifle of your choosing to be able to see things to teleport to from 160 meters away.
