It works with the power of [Internal Bleeding] mod since with the augment shot in the head will force a radial explosion which could have more area coverage with [Firestorm] on a bow, and area mods from [Ivara] with forced impact and with this slow fire rate, crit chance, and a good dmg from the explosion, you get from a good bow, an insanely good one,
1 - Shoot someone's head, 2 - shoot second time if you want to kill enemies fast, 3 - repeat the process
Btw there is no need to fully charge the shot.
