This build is a nuker(mass AoE) or dmg build(Mass DoT), choose for yourself, and all you have to do is cast empower then your [Exalted Blade]. IMPORTANT: change your emissive to colors like yellow, orange, red, etc. for a heat proc or change your emissive to colors like cyan, blue, etc. for a cold proc.
