2021 Heavy Attack Acolyte Killer

I haven't seen a proper up-to-date build on the pennant so here it is.

Notes:

  • This is a Heavy attack with efficiency build.
  • No Attack speed mods because [Pennant]'s Heavy Attack kills increases its attack speed by 50% for 2 to 46 seconds, scaling with Combo Multiplier.
    but you should still run Arcane Strike
  • The build needs Zenurik's Inner Might for the 60% heavy attack efficiency. Inner might + [Reflex Coil] = 90% heavy attack efficiency
