This build actually requires two Forma. You want to make the Panzer with either a Vazarin or a Madurai. When using the forma you want to get what you see here. I would personally recommend you spend the time to get the rep to make your Panzer with the specific look you want that way it's cheaper down the road for having it and doing your build one time and it all goes into one instance.
