I make builds cheap with 0-1 arcanes and mods from Baro Kiteer

  1. high crit chance and damage

  2. high fire rate for more crit

  3. primary dexterity since you need as much damage as you can get

  4. [Vigilante Supplies] since with high fire rate you can burn out quickly
