No-Umbra-forma Valkyr Prime Talons (status/combo/critical)

Wasn't satisfied by the Builds i found, i also don't wanna waste Umbra forma on this because two regular formas do the trick.
So with all the status chance and [Drifting Contact] this build can still climb with combo's.
