The [Kuva Karak] has almost no recoil to begin with. Deadhead reduces that even further, meaning the only reason you should be missing headshots is if the enemy animations are janking out or you're fighting infested.

Exilus slot can be used for anything (including [Stabilizer] to delete recoil entirely) so long as you put [Vigilante Supplies] on your sentinel's weapon, but I suggest keeping it or switching for [Primed Rifle Ammo Mutation], since this thing chews through ammo fast.

If you don't like using faction mods, try [Galvanized Scope] for orange and red crits. Highly suggest one or the other, or a riven with stats of your choosing.
