The thought process here was "Hmmm.....high strength on gloom, kinda makes enemies look like they are in bullet time in the movies.....What if I added Warcry to this to really ramp up the effect?"

So obviously that could only be done on [Sevagoth] or [Valkyr], and [Valkyr] was the obvious choice.

I wasn't making this with high level content in mind, there is plenty of way better options. This is just for some cool/fun gameplay at like sub-100 lvl enemies.
