This build is heavily inspired by AznvasionsPlays, who did a video on the [Tenet Spirex]. This build utilizes the impact procs on radial hits to induce slash procs through [Hemorrhage].

It is advised to use grouping abilities like ensnare along with this. If you feel like the range of the radial attack is lacking, replace [Pummel] with [Primed Fulmination]. If you feel like the slash procs are lacking, replace [Pummel] with Expel Whateverfactionyoumightbefighting. Alternatively, you could also use a build with roar, which is calculated like faction damage, or use [Ash], whose slash procs last longer. Do note that removing [Pummel] will reduce the amount of weight impact has in the giant proc lottery, which would decrease slash proc dps.
