Fleeting Expertise and Streamline are for efficiency so you can spam Howl.

Primed Continuity to boost the duration of Howl from 2 to 10 seconds. You can replace this with something else if you want.

Transient Fortitude for a bit more strength.

Adaptation for survivability against sentient damage.

The build is 0 forma so no exilus can fit.
You can replace his Exalted Blade with a helminth ability since this build is not focused around it. I prefer Xata's Whisper.
