This is specifically a [Concentrated Arrow] augment build.
This build will not work without the augment.
Some info about the weapon:
- Drawing the arrow does not increase the damage done. (Firerate mods on your primary increase draw speed but this is pointless.)
- [Firestorm] increases the explosion range additively with range mods on [Ivara].
- [Heavy Caliber] is a negligible loss in accuracy when used at close ranges and you'll basically be using this [Point Blank] anyway.
- The explosion has 0% status chance but has a forced impact proc, perfect for abusing [Internal Bleeding] and absolutely no reason to build it for viral (Outside of the raw damage increase).
- Explosion has no falloff.
For different weapons switch the bane. Use a magnetic+viral primer to deal with large shields.
Alternatives
If you're planning to snipe from the dashwire using the quiver augment swap out [Heavy Caliber] with [Hammer Shot].
If you're planning to use navigator, get rid of [Galvanized Chamber] for [Hammer Shot].
Non Alternatives
[Vigilante Armaments] on top of [Galvanized Chamber] is pointless.
[Point Strike] is worse than [Critical Delay] as all drawing the arrow does is make it fly faster making sniping easier but if you really want to do so you can just increase the firerate by modding your primary for it.
Normal [Firestorm]. The Range boost is too minor.
Primed Fast Hand, although usually a good [Ivara] mod as without the need to charge your attackspeed is basically limited by the draw speed of new arrows from the quiver, you cannot realistically make use of the draw speed boost enough to slot it.
[Hunter Munitions], [Internal Bleeding] is objectively better here.
Not using bane mods: Bane mods double dip status proc damage meaning a normal bane is a 69% damage boost and a primed bane is a 140.25% damage boost to slash procs. Use them or lose a massive portion of your damage.
Q&A:
Q0: What's a good [Concentrated Arrow] [Ivara] build to go with this?
A0: Here's the Ivara build I use.
