[Ammo Stock] would allow for more sustained dps, but I tend to use this as a burst dps weapon, so I don't have that mod in my primary loadout. This also ensures more Heat procs relative to the number of viral ones and improves the damage of those procs. I'm not sure if the status damage is calculated in the sustained dps on this calculator.
