My usual build when farming syndicate standing.

Use a [Carrier] with [Animal Instinct] (Primed if you've got it), [Looter] and [Vacuum], and press 4 every now and then to destroy all containers in your general vicinity.

After sweeping through the area, anything on the map that is still displayed as a container is usually an Ayatan, rare cache, or Syndicate mark.

Use the spare slot as you wish (speed, health, casting etc).
