How do you make a build for a literal Shadow and not stack up Umbral mods on it?

The goal here is fairly simple: Tank like a rock, move like the wind, and pull like a supermassive black hole. This build can pull a full ballroom simulacrum into a neat little pinata from the zone-in podium, or dash almost all the way across the simulacrum with one button press. Negative duration isn't a huge issue here as typically nothing lives long enough for your abilities to expire regardless.
