Red Mist
Go for headshots, since bodyshots won't do much. Primed Fast Hands is purely optional but I find it helps a lot. Lots of options to replace it with:
Sharpshoter for energy recovery
Damage mods to pulverise enemies even more
Vigilante Armaments is never a bad choice
Vital Sense to capitalise on that crit (you can also replace Target Acquired with this)
[Lasting Purity] snce you're zooming anyway
Rivens on this are amazing beause they allow you to replace two mods with one, and fit in one of the above.
