You can switch primed fever strike for fever strike.
You can switch the 60/60 mods for 90 mods and vice versa for a minor changes in dps.
You can change the elements to what you prefer or to what faction you are facing.
You can replace [Stalking Fan] with [Reaping Spiral] for guaruntee slash procs, but you will need more forma.
Switching out [Stalking Fan] will also allow you to switch the elemental combo to viral.
