Wisp Build 5.2 - True Nuker Wisp

Knightmareframes latest Wisp Nuke build using Exodia Contagion Zaw with the Peye Grip and Vargeet II Jai Link. Uses a Vulpaphila with Synth mods to make use of Equilibrium at full HP.
This is more expensive forma-wise than it needs to be, purely to fit the other builds I have already. The normal version uses a - polarity for [Natural Talent] and no umbral forma.
