[Pennant] Heavy attack is a guaranteed slash proc and gives a 50% attack speed boost. This paired with Tennokai makes it a very strong weapon.

Used with Gauss or Valkyr with their attack speed bonus, You do not need to add a [Fury] mod and can focus on hitting power.
