So, trying my hand at this, if you've been playing with the new Arcanes you know Molt Augmented is better used with missions that last long, otherwise it can be swapped for better spam (more on that below) with Arcane Energize.

It is really all about the spam when it comes to [Mag Prime], the abilities you will use the most will be [Counter Pulse] and Magnetize, a jammer, and a damage amplifiier, as well as a shield against incoming enemy fire, Breach Surge makes for a quick job for those inside the bubble, mix with any weapon really, although you will always hear a lot about punch through when it comes to [Mag], it makes her faster when a weapon requires one shot to be repeated till it has crossed all it's length, for myself, I like using the [Bubonico] and the [Nataruk] (charged shot), regardless, any damage inside the Bubble becomes amplified and Molt Augmented ends up being able to surpass [Overextended]'s strength substraction, which makes for the shots of the enemy their own demise and breach surge as well, there are moments when you don't really use your weapons, even more so before the Overguard release, but well nowadays you take care of the as well as the Nullifiers first.

Always use crush if her shields are ever depleted, it has a knock down effect besides the Overshields. If you go into Infestation missions with her, swap Breach Surge for Pull or Sentient Wrath, it stops them, also try to target always the bubble towards Eximus, they move with the Bubble, because it doesn't really work till Overguard is down, then they stop and become vulnerable but before, it kills everyone inside.

What else? Breach Surge also has the extra of reaching of having a bigger [Reach] than Magnetize, the bubble explosion however has a wider [Reach], and with any enemy trapped by Breach Surge they will explode and share the damage with any nearby enemy that hasn't been reached, it's almost [Saryn]'s spores, almost.

Uh, I completely forgot, your Operator should have Emergence Dissipate and Unairu school, best school really, bye shields, bye armor, hello violence. I'm also using Magus Molt and Virtuous Strike to make them a beast to go with [Mag]. Projectiles from the abilities of the operator as well as from your choice of Amp go inside the Magnetize bubble as well.
