Chroma Prime- ColdXata [Xata's Whisper Subsumed]

NOTE: this is just so [Chroma] can do something besides Profit Taker. [Xaku] has other abilities that are actually useful so just subsume EWard onto them.
Without PSF, Forma is way overkill because it comes from Profit Taker setup ([Chroma]'s only real use)
Use Cold element 2, ColdXata is bugged and makes you deal massive damage.
