Wisp The Buffer Ghost ~(˘▾˘~) Endgame Build with %670 AP (~1K AP with Teammates)

= End Game Build With Buffy [Wisp] Mods =

This is an end game build for [Wisp]. This build need 2 Umbral Forma for became a Buffy [Ghost]. (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ

This build can be stronger with Teammates. Example [Equinox], [Nidus] and using [Power Donation] teammates. Reaches ~1K Ability Power.

WARNİNG = This build has NEGATİVE EFFICIENCY and NEED HELMİNTH.

= Why [Growing Power] ? =

[Growing Power] gives strength when you trigger a status effect and your team too. When they trigger a status effect, they gain %25 ability power . This is perfect. \ (•◡•) /

= Why [Adaptation] ? =

[Adaptation] is a defensive mod for high levels. Wisp is'nt a Tank. So she need something for not to die.

= Gameplay =

First, you need change Wil-O-[Wisp] to Empower.

Second, use Empower, trigger [Growing Power] and stack arcanes for better buffs and gameplay .

= Recommended =

I'm using Grimorie for better Ability Power. It gives +%60 AP.
And all Red AP Crystals from Helminth (+%75) ...

= Reservoirs =

Reservoirs has 3 different buff motes. [Vitality], Haste and Shock. Shock Mote doesn't changes, only range and duration.

[Vitality] Motes gives 300 Health and 30 Health [Regen].

Haste Motes gives %20 Movement Speed, %20 Attack Speed and %30 Fire Rate.

Shock Motes stuns enemies within 15 meters and deal low damage.

Only 6 Reservoir Mote will be active.

Reservoir standart cost 25 energy per buff mote but need low efficiency for better performance.

So need 39 energy per buff mote.

If you want use all buff in one time, use Fused Reservoir for 78 energy.

= Without Any Skill or Arcane =

    - With %355 AP ->>

    - Vitality Mote = 1065 Health and 106.5 Health Regen for 38.25 sec.
  
    - Haste Mote = %71 Movement Speed, %71 Attack Speed and %106.5 Fire Rate for 38.25 sec.

= With Using Full Modded =

    - With %535 AP.

    - Vitality Mote = 1605 Health and 160.5 Health Regen for 38.25 sec.

    - Haste Mote = %107 Movement Speed, %107 Attack Speed and %160.5 Fire Rate for 38.25 sec.

= With Using Full Modded + Grimorie + Crystals =

    - With %670 AP.

    - Vitality Mote = 2010 Health and 201 Health Regen for 38.25 sec.

    - Haste Mote = %140 Movement Speed, %140 Attack Speed and %210 Fire Rate for 38.25 sec.

= Breach Surge =

Breach Surge using for blind enemies and deal much damage. Breach Surge has 18 meter range.

When you use Breach Surge on Reservoir Mote, it range doubled but you need 10 meter away from Reservoid Mote.

Using cost 50 energy but 78 energy with negative efficiency.

It has standart %20 radiation status chance, with this build %71.

Standart blind duration is 16 sec, with this build 24.9 sec.

When you blind an enemy, it takes 2x damages but ...

Breach surge have 7.1x damage multiplier with this build.

If you use Empower and trigger [Growing Power], 8.6x damage multiplier.

With Maximized AP, %134 status chance and 13.4x damage multiplier.

= Sol Gate =

Sol Gate dealing fire and radiation damage as a beam every 1/2 sec. If you pressing left mouse button, it will be charged/boosted and deal 2x damage but drain 2x energy.

Skill use cost 39 energy and drain 11.96 energy (23.92 for charged).

When using Sol Gate has -%50 movement speed but you can use shift and up your movement speed.

Beam Lenght is 40 meter .

Normally skill deals every 1/2 sec but i write DPS (Damage Per Second). So multiplied 2x...

With %355 AP

Base Damage Per Second = 10650 DPS.
Charged Damage Per Second = 21300 DPS.

Beam ramping up to %500 (%1000 charged/boosted) when using.

Base Beam Max Damage = %500 = 5 x 10650 = 53250 DPS
Boosted/Charged Beam Max Damage = %1000 = 10 x 21300 = 213000 DPS

It's really high dps. I don't want to make calculation for others. My brain.exe has been stopped. (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

With %670 AP

Base Damage Per Second = 20100 DPS.
Charged Damage Per Second = 40200 DPS.

Beam ramping up to %500 (%1000 charged/boosted) when using.

Base Beam Max Damage = %500 = 5 x 20100 = 100500 DPS
Boosted/Charged Beam Max Damage = %1000 = 10 x 40200 = 402000 DPS

= Changeable Things =

  • I want to change Arcanes.

Normally, I'm using this arcanes but it's changable but it will reduce AP.

  • I don't want use Empower.

I think its very powerful skill. You can use another skill. Rhino buff or something. Still it's up to you. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

[Fused Reservoir] allow place all buff quickly. If you dont want to use it, i recommend [Power Drift] for more ability strength, Coaction Drift for better aura effect or Primed Sure Footed for resist knockdown . What you want do it . (╯°□°)╯︵( .o.)
