[Valkyr] has a fairly balanced kit that struggles to stand out in any one aspect. This build focuses on improving her damage by doubling down on buffs. We can subsume either offensive or hybrid abilities to suit this purpose.
Roar is chosen because it's a strong damage buff but Eclipse or Xata's Whisper server a similar purpose. Elemental buffs like Nourish or augmented Smite/Shock can save you a few slots in builds. Hybrid buffs like Elemental Ward can push your survivability higher while also giving you the option to slightly increase your damage.
Paralysis is replaced as it's a ridiculously weak ability in most content. Weakening your shield gate to get a sub par finisher proc isn't worth APM loss. Rip Line can be used to manipulate defensive operative positioning but it's fairly weak as well.
[Rolling Guard] can be replaced by any other survivability mod to suit various levels of difficulty.
Strength is fairly high to capitalize off Warcry or other buffs. [Transient Fortitude] can be subbed in over [Energy Conversion] or [Blind Rage] if you're having issues with micro managing the build.
Efficiency is raised a bit above the minimum to accommodate your subsumed ability. [Streamline] can be swapped with more duration or strength if you're confident with your energy economy.
Duration is weird on [Valkyr] as it has weird synergy with her augments. A bit above baseline is usually the call.
[Eternal War] is chosen because it greatly improves Warcry. Any of the other augments can be chosen if you're fine with recasting Warcry to abuse the slow.
Arcane Avenger has great synergy with her Hysteria and general invincibility. It can be replaced with any other arcane to suit your playstyle.
