The lore of this weapon was that it was forged for people fighting sentients in the Scarlet Spear conflict, so I wanted to actually make a build specifically for killing sentients. Unfortunately for my wanting to stay true to lore, the stats of this weapon specifically encourage a status build, especially with the base 100 electricity on it. I wanted to make it a maxed weapon, but sadly there aren't enough primed mods at the moment to fill the remaining ranks, so heres your clusterf*ck of a crit-status sentient-killing whip.
