This [Venka Prime] build is an excellent stat stick for anyone who simply wants to maintain maximum combo duration stacking and uptime.

This setup is especially meant for [Baruuk], whos Serene Storm benefits from the carry over gladiator buff that the [Venka] acquires. Each gladiator mod gives +10% CC per combo multiplier, so with all 3 mods on its +30% per.

[Venka Prime] is special and goes to 13x but the mods only scale to 12x, however the extra combo stack is still useful in the sense that it maintains higher values longer due to starting at a higher value of 240 vs 220 hits.

So you take 30% and add that 12x for a max combo counter, that's a 330% CC increase, so on Serene Storm/[Desert Wind] which starts at 50%, that adds 180% CC taking it up to 215%, and that's before you even account for having [Sacrificial Steel] on his [Desert Wind].
