Infuse [Nidus]' Larva over 1. You want max range (280%) to maximize its effectiveness.

Cast Desecrate and kill with [Ripkas] or other slash weapon to increase body parts for Desecrate. Use Viral [Kuva Nukor] to prime enemies. Naramon school to help maintain a 12x combo. I don't equip a primary so [Nukor] is always equipped.

[Health Conversion] and [Adaptation] give some cushiness, but are flex slots. I suggest keeping at least [Rolling Guard] to help with shield gating, and to remove dots.

Best team comp is Nekros, Nekros, Khora, and flex slot. 4th player can be Trinity/Rhino/Nidus/Speedva. The second [Nekros] helps to Desecrate if corpses are despawning too quickly.

Make sure no one has heat mods on any weapons. Set up [Khora] dome (with lowish range) outside the door in the middle, (beneath the energy orb.) Spam Larva with low duration to pull enemies into the dome. Prime with [Nukor] and kill with slash weapons.

It helps if [Khora] has [Ripkas] with Amalgam mod on to increase chance of her dome separating limbs. It also helps for at least one person to have [Loot Detector] as an aura, so you can see Endo drops on the map. [Energy Siphon] and Zenurik are also useful to make sure [Khora] has enough energy to place her dome.

Works great with the right team setup in Steel Path Vodyanoi. You can get around 3k Endo per 3 minute run with a Mod Booster. You'll get about 45k Endo per hour with loading times. It works solo but expect to get about half the returns.
