You need health, [Regen], speed, and cc. We all know [Wisp] does all this. But with a near 400% str, you can place your motes and relax. In this build, you get an extra 1120 health and 112 regen, 74% speed and fire rate of 112% * with growing power. I replaced Sol Gate with Dispensary so that she can be self-sufficient. It will consume 117 energy but with arcane energize and a drop of a min of 2 energy orbs she will be maxed energy almost all the time. Now I play with a [Nidus] main who provides me with a 70% boost to my str providing me with 2040 health, 204 [Regen], 136% speed, and 204% fire rate. I will say I have yet to find another [Wisp] who can out [Wisp] mine.
