I don't usually use exilus slots as I find I can do just fine without them, mods are 9'd as I don't usually swim in endo.

If you want to use the exilus slot, you're probably looking at 2 more forma.

Use whatever arcanes you want, I usually use pistoleer and awakening because I like using secondaries
